Very bad experience it was host was not contactable at same time facility was terrible no cleaning hygiene was not there and property from inside damaged

Every-time i visit to noida i book only taj studios because it's budget friendly and with luxury apartments

30 character isnt enough to tell what all the bad experiences i had never in my life i am going there and dont even recommend anyone

Clean and neat room with very attractive view from the balcony, I got the room at the best price in Noida.

Services very slow or sub thik hai room bhi utana achha nhi hai but thik hai ap apna man sa khana bana sakta ho

It was one of the most horrible stay ever of my life. I would expect my complete refund. Since last night there was no option i could not move out. These are very few pics. Room was full of cobwebs everywhere. Bathroom was flooded with water

The check in process is very complicated, location sent was not accurate, and further location of room, building number and checkin procedure was not correct, room care taker was not available and room was on 21st floor, with lift only accessible via a access card which was not provided, and manager asked us to manage a access card from the residents of building. Room is clean and nice but checkin was a big hassle

I've always enjoyed staying at taj, but this time, i noticed a significant drop in service quality. The tv was outdated, labeled as a smart tv but not able to play netflix and other apps. The toilet seat in the washroom was smelly and didn't appear hygienic. While the caretaker was polite, some of the staff members were surprisingly rude. The bed mattress was worn out and sagged in the middle, leading to back pain during my stay. Overall, it wasn't a good experience this time, and i regret not choosing a different option

the stay was terrible there was no one to help with the room.. it smelled terrible… the interior was pathetic and not as per what we saw in pictures. finally there were spider webs everywhere

Worst room ever and the customer service is really awful.

It was the worst stay ever. There is no coordination with the caretaker of the property and security at the gate. Rooms were in bad condition. Bed was already used, pillows torned. The concerned person was asking for extra Rs.1000/-.

Room is good but have problem at checkin and at the time of checkin we have to wait during checkin otherwise rooms are good.

Casual service and basic facilities missing, like no room keys provided, no lift access card provided. Basic facilities were missing. Room keys were not provided, had to change the room as the room provided earlier was not good. The other room had no keys, no tv remote and door locks were not working properly

Shady, dingy place. Not for family stay. Approach to room was not nice. Ac not working.

The rooms were clean and spacious. The caretaker was always available to help put with everything. They provided everything upon request like iron box, kettle etc.

Very well managed apartment. Includes everything needed for a stay. Anyone who is willing to book should must book this.
