Review Of The Taj Studios- The Taj Suites & Studio : 1 BHK fully equipped Studio

The Place was Messy as hell. Staff was not listening No one was replying to calls MakeMyTrip team also did not replied. Poor cleanliness, Bad condition. The property was nothing as mentioned in photos. Overall the place was shit.

terrible. experience. no towels provided. bad smell in the entire studio. Dirty bedding and sofas. they submitted the identity card and during check out the next day they stopped responding to the phone calls. worst experience.

Worst stay ever rooms were not as same as shown in pictures there were no care takers no one is picking calls when we needed them

I recently stayed at this hotel and had an extremely disappointing experience. The room was untidy with an unpleasant smell that made my stay uncomfortable. Many things were broken, and the bed was in a bad shape, providing no comfort at all. The utensils were dirty and had been placed back on the rack for use, which was quite alarming. The bedsheets and blanket had a terrible smell, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. To top it all off, there were no bathroom utilities provided, which added to the inconvenience. Overall, my stay was far from satisfactory, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone

Mattress was broken. Floors were not clean. Foul smell throughout the room.

Room was meant to be luxurious, but it was not. No cleanliness at all. The washroom was dirty too. Bath area was having trouble with water drainage. No access card was provided for lifts, no-one without an access card can use their lifts. These flats really needs proper repairs. No thankyou

Fabulous stay also staff is very corporative and friendly, cleaning is also nice and the view from the balcony is best

Stay comfortable and beautiful place so balcony view is so amazing n piece-full but gate entry small issues please fix gate problem.

Booked for 3 days, 1 bhk apartment had a comfortable stay. Nice flat with beautiful view of expressway

Comfortable stay at taj studios

Room was not good, washroom was also not maintained, overall experience was worst with taj 1bhk.

No maintenance at property and no professionals. Very bad experience, very bad service, badsheet and towels are very old and dirty. I will never stay here or not recommend to any one.

No checkin and checkout assistance. No after checkin support or call. No hostality at all. 1. Did not receive gate pass. I had to wait at security too long. 2. No one care. No one was picking phone for checkout in the morning. 3. Did not find complementary breakfast because no one was available to take the order.

The apartment were clean and well equipped. Looking forward to visit some time soon again

Overall experience is not good not well attentive staff

room was okay , its name is taj but its just a basic room and nothing else , no proper check-in process ,bedsheet was old and torn multiple places , and even the funniest thing was the breakfast, they ordered puri subji from i dont know may be some road side vendor , which was delivered to room at 11.30 after multiple followups with the caretaker and then at 12 one person came for checkout 😂

Did not provide toiletries, did not replace towels, did not provide soap, tissues etc. There was left over food from previous tenants in the microwave.
