was on a road trip from Delhi to Mahakumbh Prayagraj and while returning had stop in Kanpur. when I reached around mid night there was no one at the reception just a guard who said there are no rooms. He called his manager and somehow managed go give us 1 spare room. Since it was middle of the night and i had senior citizen mother with me so my family adjusted in that 1 room. They told us that they would return our money for two rooms next morning. Poor treatment of Guests: Next morning while checking out they, the staff was extremely rude and unhelpful. Instead of apologising and addressing our concerns they made feel welcomed through the stay and while checking out. Intimidation of Women guests: the worst part of the experience was how the hotel staff behaved towards women in our group. They attempted to intimidate and harass us, making us feel unsafe. This is completely unacceptable and shows a severe lack of professionalism and basic hospitality. Lack of accountability: When we raised our concerns, the management did nothing to resolve the issues. Instead they acted defensively and refused to take responsibility for their mistakes. They gathered 7 to 8 men including two sports coaches and the only female staff was send away to intimidate me and my family. Overall, this hotel lacks basic hospitality standards and respect for guests. Extremely unsafe for women. Maintains no official records. Overbooks inventory, taken money for guests for 2 rooms but sell them off as part of offline sales. If you value safety, comfort and professionalism I strongly recommend staying elsewhere. They are a bad name of the city. Wish there is a feature to give negative ratings

It's a nice property with outstanding ambience. The room size and infra is really appreciated. Only a bit of service level improvement will add to wow factor, otherwise staffs are very courteous and supportive.

Excellent property. All facilities under one room. 22 sports. Great rooms. Courteous staff. Mind blowing food

The property was excellent but staff was ill mannered rude. However housekeeping staff and restaurant staff was helpful. Security and management staff were ill mannered and rude.
