good location, food was good too, but serving time was a little odd for us. The property needed some work, outdoor amenities were okish. The rooms we got were spacious. There is open space to play cricket / volley ball. There are good plantations outside the farm as well. We had opted only for dinner and it was good. Definitely worth for the money and will suit for whom look for quiet and calm location
