Very bad service in this hotel

Staying is very comfortable and all the things are managed very delightfully so the all over experience is awesome..

I had booked 3 rooms! But they had given my room to someone else!

worst experience with MMT first time never expected this from mmt how such 3 rd class room and hotel get tieup with mmt and this is big reputation losss to mmt ...

location probably okay, not food available near guest house, amenities and services are average.

lift is very complersery in this guest house, my room on 4th floor me & my family are very frustrated for stairs I hope owner of this guest house read my experience and provide lift for customer.

too much of mosquitoes are there no cleaning

Ac room was not provided and there is no lift and the staircase was too small

Not response for calls... not suitable for family

Room are so dirty and conjusted

Hotel is very bad and poor maintenance and a/c not worked

Toilet seat were broken and very uncomfortable

property is very bed not clean small bed room area was small we was find property much time due not show proper bord hotel reception area not find owner behaviour is very bed

I didn’t stay at room because my train got cancelled so I’m not able to arrive so I don’t know
