Very Much Disappointed with Behaviour of Staff Not Knowing How to talk his Customer hygiene Issue High Price Vs Poor faciality Don't Book This Property

The place was nice with ample car parking space, lush green areas with Chattris and the Betwa river view. However, the breakfast experience wasn't that great. Had to wait for over 20 minutes for the items to arrive.

The pool area was good But room service was not good. Toiletries and amenties were provide after demanded twice. Towels were also provided on demand. Breakfast menu options were also less

Water bottles were charged at more than double the MRP other is very good food quality and taste is Awesome 👌

Breakfast was not good and very limited. No dental kit, soap, comb, etc available at the time of checkin. Betawa Dining location is excellent.

Everything was exceptional . the room which we got 235 was near reception so it was little disturbing . Rest all the experience was very good . this was out second time visit in this resort.

The property is located at very nice location, river side view heading to east direction amazing sunrise view experience. Food is also nice and staff with good behaviour helped out a lot while check in and shifting in rooms. Very near location to fort and temple.

Hotel is good location is good but the staff is not cooperative. And asked for some requirements and will pay for that but services are not that good

The rooms and services are just average and not value for money. The check in time in property is 2 pm but we have to wait for 1 hours for getting ready. Food cost is very high. The only good thing is ambience. Not worth at price of 4.5k. Better to stay at Jhansi

It was a great stay with family. The location is great by riverside, ample car parking space, chatris are nearby. Hotel staff is courteous.

Place is so good near betwa river. But room size is little small and food taste is also average but rest all is very gud & pleasant stay here

Orchha resort, at the banks of river betwa was a fantastic stay for me. I visited this place at the peak of summer season. It's right next to the royal chatris and offers plenty of facilities and good food. The staff was courteous and very helpful. I would recommend this place if you're looking for a decently priced stay with good facilities.

Location of resort is excellent. Easy to locate and awesome stay experience. Staff behaviour was excellent. Highly recommend.
