We visited the hotel with our family around 11:30 PM and were impressed by the property's excellent facilities, which felt like a 3-star hotel. However, we noticed a few basic amenities were missing in the room, such as tissue paper and a dustbin in the toilet. The property's location is quite isolated, with nothing around, and we found The swimming pool was also disappointing, as it was not properly maintained. Despite these issues, our overall stay was good will visit next time again, thanks to the staff's friendly behavior. However, we did miss having sleepers, toothpaste, and a brush kit in the room."

Hotel does not have service staff. Poor quality of room service . There is no professionalism in their work. They do not provide fridge , sleepers, tea cofee ingredients.

Check-in was very easy . The room is spacious and comfortable. Food is nice . And the staff is very co-operative. So I rated 5 out of 5 .

This is a very bad hotel, the staff here is impractical rude and unhelpful, the distance from the main city is also very high, the hotel rooms are dirty and the bathrooms are not clean, the food is tasteless

It was very comfortable stay with peaceful environment .and staff was also very supportive and resort has a big and neat pool atmosphere was very healthy and friendly environment . Stay was worth it

there is no pool area as shown in the image ...the property is supposed to be a fraudster to make more money they will show pool area but in actually there is not.

Experience was very very room is ok ok but there is no window and there is no arrangement of food, one one dish is available and that was very extensive and taste was very bad and was very out side of location the experience was very very bad

They accommodated me for my early check in (4am) hotel Anna was very helpful with food on site and local info, he arranged an auto for 600 rupees we viewed all the tourist spots in orchha, very happy

No one was on reception, no intercom, no room service, breakfast was not on time, room was different from selected room during booking. Initially the denied to accept the booking because somebody was paying them more money for that room

Hotel staff are not accepting booking first than after little bit argument they accepted booking. After that there is no room service facility provided by hotel. No one picking up call for any service. Overall worst experience

It is a beautiful place to stay with your family, friends or anyone. Their staff were also very cooperative and supporting. Overall it's is good place with a very good amount and excellent and tasty food with mesmerizing views. This gonna be our best place to stay if we ever or whenever visit orchha or jhansi. Thankyou.
