One of the best homestays I have visited. The best part is every area is spacious may it be garden, rooms, kitchen, everything beautifully built and designed. Two bedrooms can accommodate 7 people. There is a caretaker to take care. Though not very warm and helpful, but he would happily do the basics.

Located amid serene surroundings, Mountfords is a beautiful property where you can have your personal family time that you have been craving for, living with a busy city life. The cottage has 2 rooms, spacious hall and dining a lovely lawn. With a friendly, nonintrusive caretaker who is also an excellent cook, you are sure to have a memorable stay. We were a group of 4 with a kid and stayed here for a day and night. And we all (including the kid) left the place wishing for more time there. Two thumbs up and a definite recommendation!

It was a wonderful stay. The property was easily accessible. The provided food was good in quality. The staffs were very co-operative. The rooms were comfortable and clean. It must be recommended to others as well.

Might sound weird but I had never seen so soft and comfy towels in any hotel yet. So that was something I noticed about. Location is kind of perfect, it's not too far from Bhimtal, has a shop nearby like 100 meters to get all essentials, paragliding spot is also nearby. There is a staff to get you whatever you need. He is too helpful, lovely lad. I did faced some issues with the inverter, thus with the washing machine but they arranged an electrician to resolve it. If you are a group of couples or family. This is the perfect thing you can get at this price right now. Personal suggestions: book for at least 3-4 days and chill.
