Food very good The location is easy to reach and the ambiance is royal. Facilities are good a little bit of electrical appliance issues.

This was my first time to stay there, Poor management at all. Room bathroom sink was choked, They were not delivered food order on time and not completed order as per what I ordered.

One the best stays I had in remote location. This place is a gem. Near clean and very aesthetically done. Special mention to Rahul at the desk he took care of everything like my man friday. The property is lush green and royal. Rates are very affordable. Best part is they care about the guests. Not a paid review but a heartfelt one.

staff and his amenities are very poor senior and junior staff both are not cooperative..

All things are great as per hospitality except the behaviour of General manager. The F&B manager Mr. Rahul ji had a pleasent behaviour and great in hospitality. I think Mr. Rahul had the capabilities to hold the post of GM at that property.

Excellent Hotel. We stayed in the pool facing rooms which had a great vibe. The rooms are spacious and clean. Swimming Pool was large. The place is excellent to host weddings and parties considering the vast size of the property. The breakfast was also very tasty and well made.

There were so many things that were wrong. The room, not very cheap at all, had no window. Actually the windows were opaque. We were given a different room. But that room was very dirty. The areas behind the wooden frame with fridge inspde had perhaps not been cleaned for a long time. A cricket parked itslef there and made so much noise. It was difficult to get it removed. There was cobweb on the fan. The tv took 4 hours to start. The toilet roll never arrived. The food was not good. We asked for less chilli and spices and they put so much of that. The hotel seemed to be a typical marriage place and the floors around the swimming pool too were so badly stained. And to top it all up, the reception staff in the morning asked for extra 2. 5% for using credit card to pay food bills. Extremely bad experience overall.

The property is really good. Helpful management. Rooms are good. Though a little pricey. Pool is excellent and pool side cottages are recommended.

The staff is friendly and cooperative. Property is very beautiful and newly built. The best part is the food, chef is very talented. Overall it was a pleasant stay. Loved it.

We booked this resort looking at good reviews only to be disappointed. The property is newly constructed and further construction is still on. It is overpriced to the point that i've paid less in the reputed five star hotels like sheraton. Following are my observations: 1. We paid for dinner and breakfast package and they told us about only a few options from menu that was available as ala carte, total waste of money 2. Room was just average, very very small room to be called a junior suite 3. Open tea pouches that we will never use considering the dust and flies that sits on it( you may check it in the pics i've shared 4. No one charges for water bottles, here we paid for that as well 5. Food was ok, neither too good nor too bad 6. The bathroom marble was coming off and i had to adjust it to enter the bathroom( pols look at the pic shared by me) the property is new, we could have given them the benefit of doubt, but when someone charges you so much, they are bound to serve accordingly. There was a stark difference in what was shown in the pics and what was delivered to us!
