Review Of THE HANGOUT RESIDENCY INN

This was my lovely experience with this hotel. All the facilities are awesome. Most important thing is this hotel belongs to market area, that is a positive thing for me.

What do people book rooms for- to have a place to stay when we reach out destination. This booking was done for group of friends visiting my city. The hotel was just 2 mins drive from my home. To our utter surprise, though rooms were booked, they were not available on arrival. My friends arrived around 11 pm and they were said " sorry all rooms are occupied. They finally arranged an alternate accomodation at 12:30 at a place which was 7-8 km away from the original location. The whole purpose of booking close to my home was defeated. Terrible service.
