We arrived at the hotel around 11 PM and asked for a clean blanket right at check-in. Sounds like a basic request, right? But no — nothing was delivered for HOURS. We had to call multiple times, and nobody seemed to care. Finally, at around 2–3 AM, they brought us a blanket that honestly looked used. It was dirty, smelled weird, and clearly hadn’t been cleaned properly.
At that point, we were done. We checked out right then — in the middle of the night. Tried calling the front desk to let them know and get some support, but of course, no one picked up. The staff was completely unreachable after check-in. It felt like once they got our money, we were on our own.
This is not just bad service — it’s completely unacceptable. Basic hygiene was missing, and the way we were ignored was beyond frustrating. I’ve stayed in budget places before, but this was a whole new level of unprofessional.
