Room was decent at this price, neat and clean room, facilities are good, fridge, ac, tv, wifi microwave are in working condition, only lacking was geyser was not in working condition due to which face a little discomfort but overall everything was good. Staff was nice. Food was good at reasonable price.

Neither rooms of this group was good nor the facility they don’t even check it their AC was also not working and washroom was very unhygienic I’ll never book room from Richi rich

We arrived at the hotel around 11 PM and asked for a clean blanket right at check-in. Sounds like a basic request, right? But no — nothing was delivered for HOURS. We had to call multiple times, and nobody seemed to care. Finally, at around 2–3 AM, they brought us a blanket that honestly looked used. It was dirty, smelled weird, and clearly hadn’t been cleaned properly. At that point, we were done. We checked out right then — in the middle of the night. Tried calling the front desk to let them know and get some support, but of course, no one picked up. The staff was completely unreachable after check-in. It felt like once they got our money, we were on our own. This is not just bad service — it’s completely unacceptable. Basic hygiene was missing, and the way we were ignored was beyond frustrating. I’ve stayed in budget places before, but this was a whole new level of unprofessional. Do yourself a favor — avoid this place.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this hotel. The rooms were not what I expected at all, and it was so bad that I checked out immediately after seeing the room, but unfortunately, they did not provide a refund.

I stayed here for 3 years and it truly felt like home. The staff is very cooperative , friendly and always helpful. Excellent services, clean rooms , and a comfortable stay throughout . Highly recommended ❤️

The stay at Grand Anukampa was good the amenities ambience everything was excellent the room was also good at this price range the only suggestion is if we are asking for anything by calling the reception number it takes so long to get what we asked also the food ordered also get delayed so please be little more responsive on this side apart from that all good

I had the worst experience at this hotel, and I would strongly advise others to avoid it. The service was shockingly bad – the staff seemed uninterested, unprofessional, and unhelpful throughout my stay. Simple requests were ignored or delayed, and there was absolutely no sense of hospitality.They are hanged R.O (r.o is not working whenever i told to staff there are denied to give bottle and washroom null are not working properly such a disgusting.food are very very very bad..... On top of that, the hotel was completely unhygienic. The rooms were dirty, sheets and towels were stained, and the washroom was in a terrible condition. Basic cleanliness and hygiene standards were simply not maintained. The overall environment felt unsafe and uncomfortable for a guest. For the price they charge. There are far better options available – please don’t waste your money and ruin your experience by choosing this hotel. Rating: 1/5 (would give 0 if possible).

Everything was good except room service and washroom basic amenities should be provided and changed everyday, it was not done.location was good, swimming pool water was not good condition very hard water ,excess bleaching powder was used causing burning sensation in eyes and smell.
