Horrible location on an industrial road side with surroundings like jhuggi jhopdi area. Dark alleys in the floors. No lights in corridors . Smelling bad odours in common areas . Visitor not allowed -Giests who come to meet are not allowed even in day time ? Hotel or prison?

familyPerhaps the best place to stay if u r in mundra - rooms were spacious, breakfast was good, very good staff specially in the restaurant. However the hotel had quiet a few cons - for starters one of the rooms (no. 102) lock did not work and it did not work even after they 'fixed' it, so we took a huge risk with all our belongings in the room when going out. Next the toilet in my room was not clean when i arrived and the extra bed was very uncomfortable specially the pillows - for all teavellers bed and toilet are the most important, please fix these basic issues. And lastly price was quiet high for the qualiry of rooms and services offered.

It is not Fern Hotel. It is a Adani Hotel. In a Hotel all adani staffs are ragging us and hotel not responds any. Our scheduled meeting was not successful due to Hotel staffs and adani staffs. Wasted of our money and our time…

I stayed here during my business trip. The location is accessible by private car/vehicle. I think this is the only option to stay in mundra if your company offers you executive level stays.

Service and food to be improved

businessBreakfast was ok. Live preparation of masala dhosa was cold when served. Toast and hot fresh tea was ordered together but toast came after 10 minutes and tea came after 20 minutes. I am senior citizen and i had booked early morning flight from kandla so i had to leave hotel at 5. 30 am so i requested the reception lady manager to pack some fruits and sandwich when i check out. The lady manager refused. I have stayed at 5 star hotels and no hotel has refused to give packed breakfast for early morning check out. The lady manager must know how to respond to the customers request.

Early check in charged separately me when at morning 8. 30 am, which i think unnecessary never seen till date. Quality of water in the room is testless, which shall be replace with branded mineral water bottles. Always ac condensate water lekage at reception table & in the passage which need to be attend immediately. Flyes in dinning area seen daily, which to be eliminate.

Smooth check inn and check out process. Property location is well connected with city and ample parking space. Rooms are neat and clean and spacious. Staff is very helpful and supportive. Food is tasty and quality is very good. Overall best experience and strongly recommended to stay in mundra
