Hostel facilities not good, TV not working many times complent but not received any positive response from hotel staff

Facilities and cleanness was the main issues with hotel

The Hotel is very nice at a very good location, very well maintained with very good food and very well-manned and courteous staff. Overall my staff was a very pleasant one. Would definitely recommend.

Very poor customer care, no one picks up call on given customer care number and it's just taking too much cut and providing substandard services to customer , and no one interested to resolve the customer issue , once money is paid means it is gone i ln trash

Our experience to stay in The Shiv Nautica Hotel was awesome. I am staying in this hotel from last 3 years and people can imagine by the duration only that how's the experience. The restaurant, food quality, taste & staffs are very good.

Not hot water was available in my room Also the waiting time of order in the restaurant was about 45 to 50 minutes after the order The reception was very rude The extension of my room was not working

The service throughout my stay was exceptional. The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure I had everything I needed. Housekeeping did a fantastic job, and the turndown service with chocolates on the pillow was a nice touch. The concierge was also very helpful in recommending local restaurants and activities.

Saved many hotels, but this the great in mundra, breakfasts, food, service and food all is good, staff too, under leadership of mr gautam who is g m for many years. Keep it up. God bless you all.

Construction is going on. So tile cutting work began at 7 in the morning and goes on for full day. Total nuisance for guests. Breakfast menu very limited.

It was terrible experience, rooms where dirty, reception people doesn't pick up the calls sometimes. We have to change the rooms twice as it was having a seapage issues, toileteirs was not up to the mark. Breakfast was having only limited items, dos a and cholebature nothing else. With this cost this was the horrible stay and shouldn't have even get 3 star
