Worst Experience at Surbhi Palace, Mundra

My stay at Surbhi Palace was extremely disappointing. The staff was completely unprofessional and the rooms provided were much smaller than what was mentioned on the website. The food quality was poor, and to add to the inconvenience, there was no lift available in the property. Hospitality was below expectations – when I raised my concern about the room size with the owner, he simply asked me to speak with the staff, who were rude and arrogant in their behavior. Overall, it was a very unpleasant experience, and I would not recommend anyone to stay at Surbhi Palace.

Stay was average. The compound is neat & clean. Room condition is poor. Water patches all side, ac not properly working. The bathroom was poor. Towel given were dirty, upon complaining, they changed it.
