    Rooms were fresh and well equipped with basic amenities but if we see the hospitality part it’s seems poorly trained. The staff took 10 mins to provide the food invoice making me stand at counter. Secondly to give invoice at reception they took 20 minutes. Staff is not that communicative. If it improves then it shall meet the international standards.

    1- reception: the reception crew is all over the place , fidgeting with the documentation, system. Trying to find out what something which I am not sure. With a mass check in I am sure this system would break down. 2. Rooms: cockroaches in room, AC doesn’t work, FAn at full sped, bathroom not cleaned properly. 3. Asked an iron box which would have been purchased by hotel when it was built newly, the wires of the iron box was short and cut at different place glued with tape. 4 breakfast experiences: decent I would not expect a tier 2 city to be very lavish

    Worst 4 star hotel ever

    Worst experience at Fern hubli quite contrasting to the UK 27 fern belgaum I stayed few months back.This was my first time to hubli the reception staff were pathetic and the rooms allocated were not worth the 4 star experience.Leaky bath shower,Broken shady mirrors,Smelly rooms and unresponsive house keeping and reception made the stay and experience even more miserable.The breakfast was alright but the vada and paddy served were cold and rubbery.Cang believe this is a 4 star property just went with the brand name and experience I had in belgaum but got conned instead.

    Old property with musty & damp smell.

    Check in process was made unnecessarily lengthy. Property is old and doesn't look 4 star type. Musty & damp smell in room. No proper ventilation. It should be 3 star hotel. Hotel staff was very kind especially Maqbool who helped us till our check out.

    I had a very disappointing experience at the hotel. Unfortunately, my recent stay was marred by several issues. The overall experience was terrible. Some specific problems included: 1. The reception team refused to provide a second door key card. 2. Upon entering the room, I found the bathroom door sticky. 3. There were no towels provided. 4. The television wasn't working. 5. The bed was wet. 6. Room service requests (e.g., buckets, towels) took over 45 minutes to fulfill, requiring multiple follow-up calls. 7. The reception team was also rude.

    this hotel was previously known as Clarks Inn...now taken over by Fern groups... hotel is very good, located centrally just 20 minutes away from both bus station n rail station. breakfast spread is good, room services also very good. House keeping needs a little improvement. Staffs are very helpful n cordial.

    worst ever experience, except for bfast and lunch which was good

    The knob on the tap in the bathroom was broken. complained twice and since no one bothered to attend we requested for a change in the room which was refused. When we insisted someone from house keping came and checked and agreed that the room will be changed. in the new room the power went off at about 10.45 pm. we had to shift again to another room at 11pm. in this room we noticed that the bedsheets had stains. worst experience. the best part of the stay was the lunch thaali and the employee Mr. Khaja Shaikh took good efforts to make our lunch experience very good. breakfast was also decent. this hotel is definitely not of Fern Residency standard (it seems this has been recently taken over by Fern Residency group).
