1- reception: the reception crew is all over the place , fidgeting with the documentation, system. Trying to find out what something which I am not sure. With a mass check in I am sure this system would break down. 2. Rooms: cockroaches in room, AC doesn’t work, FAn at full sped, bathroom not cleaned properly. 3. Asked an iron box which would have been purchased by hotel when it was built newly, the wires of the iron box was short and cut at different place glued with tape. 4 breakfast experiences: decent I would not expect a tier 2 city to be very lavish
