I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with my recent stay at your hotel.I checked into the Elegance Hotel, Ludhiana, after a meeting, around 10:30 pm. Upon entering the room, I attempted to freshen up and take a bath, only to find that there was no water supply in the washroom. I called the reception, and the staff informed me that it would be available within 10-15 minutes.
I waited, expecting the issue to be resolved, but when I returned after dinner, the water supply was still unavailable. I reiterated my request, mentioning my early check-out at 6:15 am, and was assured that it would be taken care of. However, the water supply was still not available at 5:30 am.
Despite multiple requests, the hotel staff failed to provide a satisfactory solution, and I was eventually provided with only 2 buckets of water at 6:15 am. I was to manage with this limited water and proceeded to the railway station to catch my train.
I am extremely disappointed with the lack of attention to guest needs and the overall service at your hotel. I will not be recommending your hotel to anyone and will avoid staying at Elegance Hotel, Ludhiana, in the future.
