Good for stay but because I'm pure vegetarian so i not eat any food and I can't say any thing. But hotel is very clean and staff are very cooperative

I booked a deluxe room and payed but they provided me a room of back side with no window or ventilation....very terrible stay....

The food is delicious. They are consistent with their service. Amenities provided are great. Although the housekeeping staff is not up to the mark. you'll not find the room as tidy as it was on the first day. They should work on that and train the housekeeping staff properly or even have a supervisor.

There was no smart tv in the room ac is not working poperly they don’t provide towel aslo

Location is good service is good but room condition isn’t well as expected, room wallls are sinking water , like damp and ac water are spilling inside room , bathroom is very poor condition . Not so far good at all , price is too high

The hotel is located at very prime location. Rooms are very precious. They have maintain the hygiene. I felt the shower is bit old and small leakage in bathroom they might have treated that but the sign was there. Staff is very supportive and friendly. Many restaurants are near by and Paltan market is 2’inutes walkable you can do excellent shopping. For me its 4 star .

If you are staying at such a terrible hotel after paying you can never be more wrong. We received 2 towels—one of them is probably 10 years old, and you can just throw it in the dustbin as it’s not fit for use. There is neither AC, nor geyser, nor fan in the room. There is one very old-style AC, but you can’t even tell whether it’s ON or OFF. The breakfast is somewhat okay, maybe because the hotel is located in Paltan Bazar, which is why it’s running. It doesn’t even deserve to be called a single-star hotel,

As per amenities dental kit was kot present. Neither room was cleaned after we had breakfast and left for office work. Moreover at night water was filled in room dievto some ac duct issue. As per premium room it not upto mark.
