It was an excellent stay and service was superb. Food was also amazing. Overall a very good stay.

The hotel ambience was good, the room was very spacious, breakfast was average, there was a good parking space and cleanliness was maintained.

Well maintained beautiful property. Centrally located. Spacious rooms. Breakfast is nice, may add few more veg items.

I stayed at Hotel Arindum, Katni from evening of 8th June 2025 to morning of 9th June 2025 with my wife and 2 kids. I booked for 2 adults + 1 child (age 9) with Executive Room + Breakfast. Serious issues we faced: Only 2 beds were given, no arrangement for child. Swimming pool was closed on Sunday. WiFi was not working. No breakfast was provided despite being included. I also tried calling MMT support many times but got no help. This is a case of poor service and breach of promised facilities. कृपया जल्द से जल्द मुझे आंशिक रिफंड या मुआवज़ा दें

The stay ticked all boxes. Good and clean room. Everything worked. Food is tasty, although a bit expensive for a town like Katni. Just one peev. The bread toaster is broken, its switches are hanging out, it has been fixed using tape. It’s dangerous for everyone. Please replace.

Excellent stay in katni toen. Neat and clean, rooms good size and services were good. The staff was very good and food qualtiy was very nice. Stay was comfortable.

Pleasant surprise at a town like katni. Spacious, well maintained rooms combined with good food makes it an ideal place to stay at katni.

The place is nice and comfortable. I think for katni it is a very well made place and indeed a comfortable stay. The major issue is that the staff is neither presentable and nor they are trained to handle people who are not from the local place. The staff though may not be rude is definitely impolite to say the least. They have an attitude that it doesnt matter what is going on. If it doesnt matter to them then whom should the guest talk with. This is from the bottom rund, the front desk and to the deupty manager or manager. Easy going comfortable approach. Like a govt guest house

Hotel is good but breakfast is average. Don’t like the breakfast quality. All average taste with low items.

Stay was excellent. Staffs were warm and welcoming. Food was great. Had starters which were quite tasty.
