hotel staff are careless about guests hospitality. very rude on the concern expressed when hotel staff allotted king size bedded room against the selected twin sharing two bedded room. no proper breakfast served at peak 9am time, all the serving bowls are empty when we consult the staff the answer is very casual - ban raha-aa jayega wala false attitude as if they are serving free on charity. even after 15-20min serving bowls are re-filled. most vulnerable-they have organised one cab for local pickup and drop, that owner cum driver did not come at an agreed time and simply - no response by voice/msg. because of the whole episode, my meeting with business client take a foul. wholesome its worse experience choosing this hotel

The hotel is good but there is a lack of facilities and maintenance, Power cuts get the whole hotel in blackout without any auto backup/ UPS systems. Shortage in supplies like cloth iron, single towel for 2 people in room, unmanaged breakfast buffet.

coupleBooked room for 3 days and totally enjoyed the stay here. The staff were really helpful and nice. Request to extend stay and early checkin was handled exceptionally well. Kudos to the great staff and manager at the hotel who made this stay memorable. The rooms were spacious, neat and clean. All the amenities mentioned in the listing were found and working really well. You won’t find such amazing property in the area. Will totally recommend and stay here again.
