They need to improve as Television, wifi was not working and AC was not cooling.Before people checkin they need to check if everything is OK.There was no mat outside the bathroom...

Suruchi resort is very nice stay & staff was a very helpful food quality was excellent specially nonveg seafood & also vegetarian

3. The place is okay. The food could be way better. Rooms are clean and maintained though. That's all from my side

The hotel rooms are good but not ready for the guest to check in. Toilets are clean but room was not dust free. Had to call housekeeping to clean it properly. No kettle in the room. Service is provided only if you ask for it. Although they did try to make our stay comfortable. Basically not a professional resort & not worth the money spent. Even the staff was not available whenever required. No security at the gate to open the gate for the car. Overall very average place to stay.

So i stayed for 2 days here and i want to review that it is a family resort which i like. 1. Food is tasty but they have limited options. 2. Service is slow because manpower is less according to space. 3. If you are thinking bf is so many options but not they only keep 2 menus in the buffet menu. 4. In the washroom area we require some tissue rolls. 5. Property is very nice.

The location is en route and off the road about 3kms away from Alibag. It's a new property surrounded by farmlands and few village residences. Staff is nearby village boys and untrained. There is not even an intercom. Rooms are new and perfect but the hardware is not matched by software. The best part was the rate but we did not know that service would be an issue. Limited food varieties as they have just 12 rooms in all. Helpful staff but there's no training for them. It clearly is a property which is set up by a novice restauranter who had some extra cash and set this up. It wasn't bad but it wasn't great either.

This place was clean and the food was also good. Suggestion keep complimentary water bottles. please keep intercom, kettle for heating milk and water.

I enjoyed the stay at Suruchi resort, staff is very helpful. Rooms were clean. My kid learned to swim in 5 ft deep water, and I am so happy for him. Cons: no games for kids except pool. Don’t keep doors, windows open to avoid insects flying in room. Rest all was as per planned. You can have excellent breakfast at Suruchi restaurant just away 10 minutes from resort.

Hotel stay is very nice, cleaned and big rooms for family and friends. Hotel Staff behavior and food quality of dinner, lunch and breakfast was good. Swimming pool is awesome and really enjoyed a lot with family mostly children's. Everything is good. Thanks to Suruchi Resort service.

Overall is good stay but hotel location is not as per desire.
