Rooms were bad with cockroches flush of bathroom not working food and service very good swimming pool was clean buffet breakfast was good

Hotel rooms were good staff was also good ... near to beach .. Few improvements will make stay more comfortable ... basic dental kit should be provided ... room cleaning must be done everyday ... we had paid for breakfast but when we enquired the canteen manager said that omelette n other few items will be chargable... only poha (quality to be improved) and upma (below average) and bread butter tea was available... there were only we in that hotel on 1st day so they must have prepared limited breakfast ... but this can be improved when one has already paid for breakfast ... I will recommend going there in Nagaon first and then find home stay or hotel rather than booking first if u are going on week days . Only carrom was available . Pool is small n just at the entrance of hotel rooms . Manager is good .

Location is good. Not exactly very near to beach. Rooms were clean with deck. Food was good. Special thanks to Aniket for providing wonderful services.

The hotel’s location near Nagaon Beach is absolutely perfect—just a short, easy walk, making beach trips spontaneous and effortless. The rooms were clean, tidy, and well-maintained, providing a comfortable space to unwind. We particularly enjoyed the peaceful surroundings; the property is tucked away enough to feel tranquil and calm. The on-site food was also quite good, featuring tasty, fresh options. However, the real standout of our stay was the phenomenal service provided by Abhishek Pandey. His dedication to guest satisfaction was evident throughout our trip. Abhishek was consistently helpful, polite, and incredibly prompt in handling any request we had. From ensuring quick room service to offering local recommendations, his warm and efficient approach made us feel genuinely cared for. Exceptional staff like Abhishek are what truly elevate a stay from good to great. I highly recommend Hotel Ocean Prosper for its beautiful location and, most importantly, for its team, whose commitment to hospitality—especially Abhishek's—ensured we had an entirely positive and memorable experience.

The most unclean hotel I have every stayed

Hotel is good. Rooms are small in size but are maintained well. Food was yummy, we loved all the food items we have ordered. Staff is very good and humble. Water pressure of taps in washroom is slow, that can be improved. Overall the stay was good and comfortable.

Food was average, they have too many guests and very less staff hence had service delays. Facilities were ok, rooms were clean.

Must Say ...well shortlisted post research...stay was awesome..quite peaceful surroundings..staff is helpful...kitchen is good..breakfast could be improved in taste.. although served good portions.. Check in and check out was smooth...attendant was courteous..rooms and washrooms very clean .. a 4.5 out of 5.

Their good service made us feel comfortable throughout our stay. ​Promptness: Service requests were generally good and prompt. ​Areas for Improvement (Needs Work): ​Room Size: A major drawback for a family. The rooms were very small and cramped, making the stay less comfortable, especially with luggage and a child. ​Hygiene: We felt that the overall cleanliness and hygiene, particularly in the common areas and perhaps the bathrooms, could be significantly improved. This is a crucial area that needs more attention from the management. ​Service Speed: While the staff attitude was good, the speed of service could still be slightly improved for a smoother experience. ​Verdict: ​Hotel Ocean Prosper is a perfectly functional choice for its excellent location and friendly staff. It served as a safe base for our trip. However, if you are traveling with a family, be prepared for very compact room sizes. With an upgrade to room and overall property hygiene, this could be a top recommendation.
