Me puri family ke sath travel mar raha tha me 12 baje ka pahoch gaya tha fir bhi bcs 2 baje ka checkin tha ham ruke fir bhi 3.05 baje tak hame room provide nahi karaye gaye..7 room mese 3 room dene ke bad bolte he 3 room to diye he ab wait karye. And very rude staff.. fir jo room ki towel he wo use kiye huve hi rakh dete he. High tea ke time call aata he aap high tee karne aao complimentry he hamare taraf se fir dusre din bolte he chargeable tha so only hotel achha hone se kuch nahi managment isse bekar mene kahi nahi dekha

the location is excellent but service is ok .Maybe as it was diwali and too much rush the staff was overworked

Hotel interior was not good I have upgraded room buy paying extra money to sweet room but get normal room only bathtub extra

NO WIFI WAS WORKING AND EVEN NO ANY STAFF WAS HELPING TO START WIFI. BREAKFAST WAS DELAYED BY 15-20 MIN IN MORNING.

The property is old, rooms and furniture need maintenance. The bathtub is unusable. The housekeeping is not proper. Dining and food is good, breakfast spread is also good. Location is perfect, overlooking The Saputara lake. The pool water is also murky. It's not your standard 5 star.

Nice room, nice location and nice food, but very high price...their rates are very high...this is 3 star but charging as 5 star rates.....It should be in limit....they have some unnecessary charges like extra charges per child and extra room service charges....lots of hidden charges....but yes Location superb.....

Tv was not working. Jet spray was not working. There was no freeze in room despite freeze space was there.. they are charging highest in saputara and not giving any facilities

Room was different than they described in pictures. There is no bathtub in bathroom as they displayed.
