Terrible Experience – Not Worth the Hype or Price

Stayed here expecting a 5-star experience. What I got felt like a poorly managed budget hotel with fancy furniture. From the moment we arrived, the service was disappointing. The staff were unprofessional, careless, and downright irresponsible. One of their bellboys damaged our baggage during check-in, and even after immediately reporting it to their staff no one bothered to resolve it — not even at checkout. The so-called luxury? Looks decent on the surface, but the experience is far from premium — no hospitality, no accountability If you value your time, money, and peace of mind — avoid this place. A brand name like Radisson should seriously reconsider lending its name to such poor operations.
