It was awesome. The owner was very friendly. The rooms are also nice.

Good for family, nice and helpful host. Some more attention required towards hygiene and cleanliness as there are pets in the property

Property and overall service provided was awesome.

I’ve been travel-ling solo for years now and stayed in so many hostels but this one was way more welcoming than the others. The staffs were more like friends and the food was very homely. The staff actually cares about the environment and have recycled multiple things into something very creative and useable. Sitting at the common room and having conversations with the guests and the staff themselves was a great experience. The location of the hostel is amid nature and greens and i couldn’t ask for more. Would definitely recommend.

We spent about a week here. And the experience was more than amazing. The location of this place is heavenly. Away from the hustle-bustle of the city and surrounded by the farms and jungle, this place will help you connect with yourself and find your mental peace. The hosts and volunteers are really friendly and helpful. If you're a solo traveller, you'll find fellow like-minded people here. If you choose to visit it as a couple, you'll get your privacy. Food is good. Washrooms are hygienic. What more can you ask for! we would definitely like to stay here again.

We went there as a group (Kedarkantha trek). This place was such a comforting stay, here's all the info I have from. My experience: 1. The beds are good, there's reading light, the washrooms are clean, there's hot shower etc. 2. It's very near the Airport and will take you only 40 mins or so to Rishikesh! 3. Garima, the host is very friendly and can arrange electric rickshaws for you for a very decent price. 4. You can also get any help you need even in Rishikesh where to go for rafting etc. She can also recommend places to explore in Dehradun. 5. The forest is nearby and it's beautiful taking a walk in the morning. We spotted a peacock from the road. 6. She is striving for sustainability and hence you can see very neat decor ideas in the hostel from recycled materials. There is a common room too that is very cozy. 7. For dog lovers, there's Emma! 8. We got a special treat the day we went they had a band perform and we were greeted with big mugs of piping coffee and campfire.

Dear Travellers, if you are reaching the Jolly Grant airport at night you definitely have to pick a taxi from the airport or ask Sun n Soil to arrange one. Don't expect to get any vehicle outside of the airport especially at night, no autorickshaws operating from the airport and no ola or uber cabs here Rs 200 to drop at the hostel, which does not fare for only 3km to the hostel, but no other option because the airport is still bordering dense forest.

It was a Solo trip room was very specious washroom was clean all facilities and interiors were very nice. The location was good services and staff behavior was very good. Overall it was a good stay. I will suggest to everyone to stay there.

It was a very excellent stay hotel cleanliness is was a very nice location was near to the Airport food, service and staff behavior was fantastic. Overall it was a superb experience. I will recommend it to all.

This isn't a place to be in as its very much isolated and you hardly find people around. No much provisions or sight seeing options around.

We absolutely loved this place! It was a little far from the main City. But it was great! The hosts were awesome. We loved it!
