Unless you are planning to find a place just to sleep, wake up and go, do not book this place. There is no hot water to bath(the geyser installed in the rooms are very minimal capacity, there are no shared spaces like they have said. Even though there is a huge car parking space inside they won't let and you have to park the car on roads. The property has two floors. Ground and first floor with shared living areas. I don't know it is the host who doesn't give clear instructions to guests or it's the guests who act like they are hosts, our experience was that both the co guests shut down the living area for our stay and we had to mostly stay inside the rooms even for breakfast inside which just have 3 single beds in them. There were no towels provided, there are bugs on bed when we reach, the bedsheet on the beds have spots and dirty, the blankets were smelly. The two people living on the property to support the guests have no local language knowledge. The guest siddarth's (who opertares this from a remote location) phone is switched off for most of the time u try to reach him. And john says "i am following the orders given to us. So unless you are ready for the experience or you book the whole properly for yourself without co guest, i would not recommend the stay. It is not worth the money they charge!

Dear Sahana Sharma madam, let me clear all the false allegations you have typed.
1. Hot water - there are geysers in all the rooms with good capacity , we don't know if you knew -that you had to keep it on for sometime before using it to get hot water.
2. Shared Space- There is huge shared space on 1st floor & ground floor, & we do not keep it reserved for particular guest. It is for you to choose & be comfortable. Also Mr. Balakrishna K (your husband) was sitting & drinking alcohol in this so-called shared dining area till night 1.30 am causing inconvenience to other guests and troubling our Care taker John. Which is why we had to call up & ask him to stop it & he agreed to it.
3. Bedsheet & Blanket- We never provide dirty stuff to customers. N u never complained abt it during the stay orelse we could provide new ones.
4. Our caretaker knows hindi & during stay.
5. We always serve breakfast at dining area, since u wanted it in room , it was served there.
Guest who stayed with us on the same day never had any issue & have given good review.We provide same level of comfort and service to all our guests.
We will be more happy if we get bookings from good & genuine customers.
