The stay was an average experience. Cleanliness is excellent. Caretaker was very co-operative and a man with smiling face. Breakfast served was ok. But for this facilities rent is much heigh. Only bedsheet n one soap was provided. No towels. Most worst thing experienced is there was no parking inside the compound. And in site it says parking is available.

Complimentary breakfast was minimal or not enough for all guests. Not much value for money

Unless you are planning to find a place just to sleep, wake up and go, do not book this place. There is no hot water to bath(the geyser installed in the rooms are very minimal capacity, there are no shared spaces like they have said. Even though there is a huge car parking space inside they won't let and you have to park the car on roads. The property has two floors. Ground and first floor with shared living areas. I don't know it is the host who doesn't give clear instructions to guests or it's the guests who act like they are hosts, our experience was that both the co guests shut down the living area for our stay and we had to mostly stay inside the rooms even for breakfast inside which just have 3 single beds in them. There were no towels provided, there are bugs on bed when we reach, the bedsheet on the beds have spots and dirty, the blankets were smelly. The two people living on the property to support the guests have no local language knowledge. The guest siddarth's (who opertares this from a remote location) phone is switched off for most of the time u try to reach him. And john says "i am following the orders given to us. So unless you are ready for the experience or you book the whole properly for yourself without co guest, i would not recommend the stay. It is not worth the money they charge!

Neat, hygienic, pleasant stay for friends or family

It was a pleasant stay. Good and neat rooms with 3 to 4 beds in each. Clean atmosphere. Breakfast was arranged by them and which was very delicious. Polite behaviour by the staff. Good calm atmosphere. Only disadvantage was the staff was only familiar with kannada but not hindi.

It was a fabulous stay. .

Food is not prepared at location bought out from near by hotel so was not fresh
