Review Of Sugo By The Full Moon Cafe Kasol

We were a group of 5 friends, booked family room. The room was decent enough. We were provided with heater as well. Location is a bit in the middle of nowhere so we had to walk to reach the main city or catch a bus. That was the only concern apart from that great stay.

Beautiful location. Clean and spacious room. And the food served was delicious. Also our host shubham took care of everything for us.

Rooms are not clean and in the rooms spiders are there and snail is dead soo rooms are smelling.

Worst service water is not availabe and the staff behaves very rudely also the food is very horrible. Very bad quality food. The room was full of mosquitoes and insects. The manager is very impolite and doesn't respond properly. The water wasn't available for almost 2 days. That caused a lot of problems

The view from this hotel is really amazing. Their dining area and the view from there is perfect. They have perfect room and good interior. With cozy beds. The rooms and washrooms are maintained well. Even the manager was so helpful with late night check in and with providing necessary information for our travel.
