beautiful resort...helpful staff...must stay place @ reasonable rate😍.. best location... wonderful nature

AC was broken when we went to the resort. It was not fixed during entire stay. Food was ok but little bit costly. Also everything was clean but bathrooms were filled with Ants. Overall average stay little bit costly for what they are offering. Also no common swimming pool is at property for all rooms

Pleasant Stay.. The staff is polite & well mannered. Location is serene in Gaganbawda. Food is good.

Food was excellent and staff is very friendly. Most importantly it's a pet friendly n great space for your pets. There is dog named tiger who is so sweet and friendly my pet simba enjoyed with him a lot.

Good location good food. They have developed the rooms in red stone in quite a unique way. Thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Road leading to the property is under 4 loaning so check road conditions before visiting

Rooms are clean and beautiful with fresh water in the pool. Supportive staff. Good food. Pleasant weather during winters.

Resort amd locality is good but staff is not panctual, cleanliness and hygiene is an issue. But overall it was avarage experience.

Had booked for one day halt with family. Would like to mention here that the actual room differed from photos. Thanks to the resort management that we got upgraded to another villa after making up the difference in fare. Had a great time amid-st scenic surroundings. Do visit nearby dam on kumbh river. The road is a bit rough but navigable or one can park at a distance and trek the rest of the way. Otherwise it is a good place for some quiet family time.

The establishment is located on the road connecting kolhapur with the national highway connecting bombay to goa. In fact, this road is the gateway to the beaches and forts of sindhudurg district. The property is located in a forested area. It has 10 rooms, four of which are pool villas, though the pool appeared to be nothing bigger than outsize d an outdoor tub. We stayed in one of the four pinewood cottages. There are two late-rite stone cottages on offer too. The wooden cottages are not soundproof. As a result, one tends to hear everything being said or done in the adjoining room, which can be a bit disconcerting. The bathroom is not completely isolated from the room and this is definitely not a good thing. The management needs to address this issue urgently. The bed was comfortable, but the furnishings and fittings were not up to the mark. The hotel has two play areas out at front which is good for people with children. Where the place excels is the friendliness of the staff. Omkar, sanjay and their associates go out of their way to keep the guests happy. The food here is homely, but quite tasty. I had an excellent mutton tambda rassa for dinner. But a bit of variety would be much appreciated. For example, they had only sliced bread with butter as an evening snack. What this place needs is a couple of activities, like a jungle safari or visit to some local historical site etc. So that it doesn't remain only a place to break the journey for the night, like we did.
Though our temperature was not checked on arrival and sanitiser dispensers were not available at prominent places, the property didn't appear unsafe as it has only ten rooms, and social distancing was not difficult.
