Very good safe stay and service also heart of the city easy to access the apartment

Thanks to the team, it was a lovely stay.

Room is not clean and hygiene, Service is not up to the mark, took so Long to respond to our requests and needs.

Location very near to secretariat and opposite to NABARD

As a regular traveler first time having a nice apartment stay, location was perfect, nicely maintained, apartment was clean and good for family which is near Trivandrum railway station.

The room allotted to us newly done, with all the amenities one look forward keeping family in my mind. Ours was just an overnight stay and it was full value for money one look for. As it is a serviced apartment, so they have everything in place in the room like a refrigerator, washing machine, gas stove, induction, utensils, and the best part is a well-maintained room and bathroom. Overall we were completely satisfied, except the below two drawbacks Tv connection was not working and this apartment is in one of the buildings, which have got a different name and there was no signboard outside to identify this rest otherwise one can look forward for booking there stay, specially those who are looking for longer stay.

The studio apartment 6B I stayed has enough amenities to excite you, but overall cleanliness and tidiness were a big letdown. Was not sure whether the bedspread was changed. Opened the wardrobe and got welcomed by one or two cockroaches. Balcony was unusable. Bathroom was however clean. Ac was not working properly (noisy) and remote was not available. Eventually used as non-ac room. The man in charge Mr. Jayakrishnan was very helpful. But for him, I would have written even more nasty reviews. Overall, a very good property not inviting for a second time due to the reasons stated above.

The place is just above average and not as projected on the site. Rooms are generally okay and the staff behavior is pathetic. We landed up in the hotel, parked our vehicles in the porch for 10 minutes to take our luggage and the guard started shouting and misbehaving with us. When we informed the manager about the same, he too sounded very arrogant. Overall it was just an average experience. I am completely surprised how people are giving a five-star review to this property. However, I found my answer in the room where we saw a card offering great discount or complimentary breakfast in exchange for a five-star review.

The location is good but lacking basic facilities. No breakfast included. No hotels near by available for food.

Check inn time is not fair for families
