I have rated this stay as terrible, which is absolutely correct because this is the worst experience one could have . There are many serious concerns I’d like to share, as in several aspects even the basic amenities are missing and definitely need attention to improve . While the property pictures itself seem nice, we encountered multiple issues during our time there: 1. Water problems – for most of the time there was no water in the bathroom, even to the extent that on the final day we could not bathe . First day they said it was an issue related to some pipe damage which we accepted but second day for no reason again the water was not there . Unfortunately, this was a recurring issue throughout our stay. 2. Power outages – There were frequent power cuts, often leaving us without air conditioning in uncomfortable conditions. There didn’t seem to be any backup in place, though they had promised we have all backups. 3. Poor room service – We had to repeatedly follow up just to get basic requests fulfilled. 4. Over-reliance on WhatsApp – For every small need, we were constantly having to message and chase via WhatsApp. The workers are not empowered at all and even to give basic amenities like a teaspoon of sugar they need permission. 5. ⁠Cleanliness issue:- Bedsheets, pool were not clean and were never changed too. 6. If this house was not in such a isolated area, we would have gone for food every single time outside because the quantity was not sufficient. 7. The rooms lack basic amenities like hangers, place to hang clothes, a chair Etc 8. The attitude of the host was also quite appalling because they had the meen attitude to even hide things like sugar so that we cannot access for a cup of self Coffee in the morning, since their workers only come after 9 am. These issues seriously affected our experience despite the property’s appeal.
