Terrible service. The only good thing was the view since it was raining. The bed was full of molds, the microwave had molds 🥲🤮 it completely gives haunted vibes at night because the windows bang so hard, the jacuzzi was full of dirt and no hot water available not even for 20 mins. So you can say we wasted our money just for nothing.

Firstly, I was not satisfied because of the direction of the villa at the location, we entered we checked everything was good TV, music system internet, all good, upon checking upper floors, mostly Water was leaking due to heavy rainfall dur to which floor become wet and it is very risky sometimes, again whole night electricity eas not there, if you want to enjoy jacuzzi or bathtub, I would suggest you to please start filling it on your arraival time because it takes, lot a lot a lot of time to fill the jacuzzi and bathtub.let me tell you the support staff is amazing he did ud Job great, if you want to cook something for you all the utensils are there, you can try to make your own dish and enjoy the stay

Below average experience- Hot water for Jacuzzi was not working (we had to fill the jacuzzi with hot water buckets) , Towels were not clean, food was very average. Please don’t fall for the photos shown here, they are made to look premium while property is very average.

Excellent location and view. The villa is full fledged with all amenities. The caretaker was always there to help with everything and very responsive and helpful. The food was awesome.

location: okay okay.. Bedroom 2 has view of garbage.Bedroom 1 has view of amazing Jacuzzi. Approach road is terrible kitchen : gas and basic utensils are available, bundled with lots of Cockroaches. For a property hosting 2 bedrooms means around 4 guests , but it doesn't have cups or spoons for 4 people .. and the ones that are available are broken at corners.. very poor condition Garden : has greenery, would have appreciated if grass was cut.. didnt feel safe to let kids go out in garden Jacuzzi : its the only USP of property. works as expected.. caretaker: Property owner should consider replacing him . He is very rude and behaves as if he is doing a great favor by being there. We requested for Barbecue at 5:30pm and he said he won't do it and started misbehaving. So we cut the call and caller The Stay leisurely team to address the issue.. Finally caretaker said he will NOT arrange come what may as he doesn't want to go out to get Coal. He was very rude and in fighting tone. Later we asked him to clean utensils for dinner to which he agreed and started washing, which we didn't expect though.. unfortunately a Water glass fell down and broke ..Care taker was there but he didn't bother to ask if we needed a first aid or he would clean... i cleaned and picked up the glass. Since it needed a broom we asked him if he would clean it and he said yes. i would have appreciated if he could have been prompt in cleaning or atleast approaching . and the best part, he cut 100Rs fine for a bloody 10Rs glass.. Pathetic ..... The best was when he gave us a walk through of property and i pointed out Cockroaches on plates and spoon, he told me wash it if u see Cockroaches.. That was insulting as a guest.. Advise for owner to reconsider caretaker .

Villa is good for 4-5 people...Location is very good. Food arrangements were bad by caretaker... Amenities were good but no swimming pool as mentioned in property details. Almost no services were there....

Swimming pool not available in property. While make my trip site mention swimming pool along with jacuzzi available. Property not worth the price. No toiletries were provided. Not worth the money they are taking.

Overall slightly below average stay as per the money put in. The property images and the actual status with respect to facilities differ. The master bedroom bed was not in a good condition. A few parts of the bed are broken. The master bedroom bathroom didn't have a lock from outside which made it uncomfortable for sleeping at night due to noise. Additionally, I believe they use the same bedsheet which is shown in the picture which had stains and I requested the caretaker to change it which he denied saying that the stain cannot be removed. The AC had a leak when kept at a higher temperature i.e. 24-26 when kept at 28 it worked fine. Bathroom taps are not in proper condition, so I had to apply pressure to close the tap. Microwave, filter and fridge were in working condition however if can provide basic tea bags or coffee to the clients. Fans make noise. Jacuzzi was good though. The food availability is little inconvenience as there is only one restaurant nearby and the food is average.

Please guys don’t choose this place as there’s is no option for Swiggy/ Zomato...even cab service’s too and also the Villa was totally different very terrible experience..don’t go this place you face much more problems!!

Refrigerator was leaking i kitchen... we spend our half the time in removing the water

The place was amazing, The View was phenomenal, Well Maintained Property, Very clean, Even the Jacuzzi was very well maintained. The only thing to be brought to notice is, there is a stray cat in the vicinity, which comes inside the property and does spoil the mood. Other than this, it’s a 10/10.
