The bedsheets & towels were not clean. Although breakfast was included, no veg options were available. The location is really cut off and not the best. Overall a disappointing experience.

Recently stayed at evergreen home stay, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The service was disappointing from the moment we arrived. Despite booking the room a month and a half in advance, we faced several issues right at check-in. The staff was not attentive at all, and we had to wait for a long time before someone even greeted us. The room heater was another problem. It barely worked, and we couldn't get the warmth we were expecting, especially since we specifically booked a room with heating. This made the stay uncomfortable, particularly in the colder nights. Additionally, the breakfast service was quite poor. There were no options available when we checked, and the staff seemed uninterested in helping us with alternatives. It's frustrating when basic services like breakfast are not provided overall, the experience was disappointing, and i wouldn’t recommend evergreen home stay to others unless they address these issues, especially the lack of attentive service and poor room facilities.

The place may feel a bit offbeat but the owner was very generous and made sure that our stay was comfortable.
