Hi Chandan i already give you the option to cancel the booking if you don't like the room, we'll give you a full refund but you didn't. In the booking you have mention only 2 adults and you didn't mention that you have a kid with you. Thats why the caretaker got confuse and thought you're a different guest who haven't prebook the property.

1) location is far away from city 2) only two room home stay, so very small 3) rates are comparable high with respect to location and appearance
