Hi Chandan i already give you the option to cancel the booking if you don't like the room, we'll give you a full refund but you didn't. In the booking you have mention only 2 adults and you didn't mention that you have a kid with you. Thats why the caretaker got confuse and thought you're a different guest who haven't prebook the property.
