No wifi, No TV recharge, frequent power cut with no power backup, very limited breakfast option, no lunch facility available. very basic room looks like Oyo

Its an average option hotel, Kind of home stay only with very high rates. Breakfast and Dinner options are very very limited. Not good choice…i stayed with family …room was quit big and not worthy. Very limited staff…..there are many other good options nearby

This is a very hood property. Staff is very helpful, responsive and well behaved. Dinning area is amazing, park and open space with amazing maintenance and views made the stay very special.

Very good location, with wonderful views and next to a small stream. my 3.5/5 rating is solely for these reasons. Room and toilet was clean, food options are limited, breakfast options also very limited.

I order paneer sandwich , they gave mayonnaise sandwich. Price for too high for the quality of stay( it was more like a railway station lodge). At this price i will expect atleast dental kit, for colgate too they charged RS 10/-. In breakfast they have just two options, poori sabzi and omlette toast. No significant view too in the room. Too pathetic ,

The place is clean and is at a beautiful location. The food served was also tasty. We just faced issue to locate the homestay on Google maps as it is pinned 10 mins earlier. Request team to pin at exact location, to ease identification of property location for future travellers.

Sulawado Resort is one of the worst accommodation I have ever stayed in my life. Looks the the 4 star user review rating in MakeMyTrip is an influenced one. We stayed there for two nights, but our experience was so bad that we wanted to check out after few hours of stay. Here are the issues which we have experienced in Sulawado Resort/Homestay during our two night stay: 1. Food was pathetic and got stomach infection after eating the first snack in the resort. Couldn't eat the dinner, left all the food. The fried rice we ordered was stinking some bad oil. The chicken in the curry were stone hard and difficult to chew. Skipped the morning breakfast for the next two days because of the experience of first dinner. Got loose motion for next 2 days, had to shorten the trip by a day because of the food infection 2. TV was not working in our room. It was fixed after 24 hours and after multiple complaints 3. Insects and cockroaches were available in abundance in the room and some of the insects were very dangerous 3. Beds were hard which gave back pain 4. Old and torned linens, blanket and towels. Towels were very small 5. There were no kettles and tea bags in the room as mentioned in MMT. Tea set was provided later but the kettle, cups and glasses were stinking and smelled like cockroach shit I was about to checkout and move to another hotel the next day but I couldn't because of my health condition. This is the worst experience I had with MMT.

very rude receptionist.. she was so arrogant that on arrival late evening without even checking the hotel she wanted us to tell what and how much we will eat in breakfast. also room was not clean

It's a beautiful resort, with a beautiful place. A small fountain is going down behind the resort. Service is good, staff are very sweet. Food is good. Very peaceful area.

Stayed with family during my trip to North East. Sulawado is located close to the Seven Sister falls and Mawsami caves, and is one of the few highly rated stays in the location. The location itself being a small town, there are not too many options. The rooms were basic, but was clean and comfortable. Food needs to be pre ordered. The staff were helpful

The stay was good, the rooms were all nice, but the breakfast was not so good. It was the same dish every day. I think you should change this.
