My recent experience with my booking. On MMT, the checkout time was clearly mentioned as 2:30 PM. I had also requested for a late checkout at 4:30 PM, and planned my tickets and day accordingly. However, to my surprise, when I was at the hotel, they asked me to vacate the room by 12 noon. This was completely unexpected and very inconvenient. Since I had no other option, I was forced to pay an additional just to extend my stay for a few hours. This left me with a very poor experience as I had booked through MMT with the expectation of clarity and transparency. I genuinely believe this was not communicated properly by the hotel, and it caused me both stress and unnecessary expense. I request you to kindly look into this matter and provide me with a good discount/refund on my last booking to compensate for this experience. I’ve always trusted MMT for smooth bookings, and I hope you’ll resolve this positively.

Stay at St Laurn The Spiritual Resort was good. I stayed there with my wife and in-laws. We got easy upgrade to Family room on request at reception. Good part of stay was warm and welcoming staff and excellent food. I would recommend to include dinner as food was pure veg and delicious. Breakfast was also decent and pretty good options to eat. They have maintained really good ambience in hotel. Very much spiritual and it was really peaceful l, even you can have all the aartis in hotel mandir. One thing to improve upon is the room utilities as they are poorly maintained. Both the TVs in our room were not operational. Geyser didn't heat up the water in both the washrooms. Room was decent enough and spacious but bathroom fittings and electric appliances needs to be maintained. Overall good stay, felt slightly overpriced since room wasn't that maintained.

we were not allowed our booking and were asked to pay additional amount for the stay. when contacted to MMT the executive were extremely unprofessional and the call was disconnected twice after explaining the problem. And later followup by MMT was taken next day when we had checked out of property. only thing MMT has lost one family who used only MMT for all hotel booking. by such service I can surely assure u MMT is soon going to be the next NOKIA to be like downfall. better u stand by MMT garantee or there are different app providing better service.

I had a great experience staying at St. Laurn Shirdi. The property is neat and clean and the staff is courteous. I loved the in house temples, dwarkamai & chavadi and thoroughly enjoyed attending Aarti in the resort. I would love to come back to this resort again.
