As a single lady traveller safty was my first priority and i felt like my home. neat & calm with good food within the hotel. friendly neighbourhood and lot of temples to explore in kumbakonam.

Generally good. The towels, bedsheet and pillow covers are not clean enough. Some are stained.

Reception and services are good. But the house keeping is not satisfactory level. To be improved. We noticed rats. That should be taken care of. Also mosquito problem also noticed. We have to appreciate the people who is in reception and helpers. They did wonderful job. Did all the held needed without any hesitation. We once again appreciate that. But please concentrate on house keeping

Room was decent for the price. Centrally located hotel nearby all the temples. Hot water available. The attached restaurant is closed on sundays. Good budget stay in kumbakonam town for temple tourists.

It was a short and pleasant stay. Hotel seems to be old and traditional and so as the vegetarian restaurant attached to the hotel. I am more pleased with the restaurant staff behavior. They were were caring to us and even to our small kids.

Very neat and clean hotel. Restaurent managed by the hotel is very hygienic. Aircondition was very good. Staffs are very polite and good responsive.

The hotel and the service is superb. The food at the restaurant adjacent to the hotel was good before but it's horrible now. Better to go to gourikrishna restaurant for food. While staying in this hotel. The room was very clean and beds and pillow were clean and neat

Good location and good food. But overall property maintenance is poor. The toilet fittings were leaking and not maintained well. The tap water was "hard" and requires treatment to make it "soft. Thank you

The hotel provides a good basic experience, is located quite close to the temples and market. The veg hotel attached is a big positive. Has ac rooms and hot water. I had issues in checking in despite a 'confirmed' booking through mmt. However this was resolved after a phone call to the mm t service center, post which they honored the booking.
