Staff are very rude. Ambience is very untidy. Bathroom is stinking. Not a single thing about this hotel is good. Booked for 3 but only 1 stayed. Staff demanded to take another room saying he can allow only 2 per room.

No power in the room now also. And so many mosquitoes inside the room.

Hi i am looking for my money return bcz i didn't even check in to the hotel. Someone in my name already check in and i got scared bcz that an scam. And now they said they will show one room and it was full of water n no power. My question how can someone can checkin in my name what the management is doing here. And why will they do it. For proof ask did i check if they say yes. Ask the documents which i provided. As i didn't check i have argument with the management. I left from there. Please provide me cashback.

The horrible experience that i have spent 3 days in this hotel, room no. 207. I went there with my family, me and my parents. Unfortunately this hotel is for only couples. A single room has been booked at-least twice per day basically they book the room as per hourly basis. There are no drinking water available in the surrounding of the hotel, 1 lt. Bisleri water will be changed as rs. 30. Washroom was just like terrible. Co-mod was broken, flush was not working and also shower is not working there at room 207. I checked another room, all these things are same for the another room. The main thing is that, i booked for the room for three people, from mm t with rs. 667 per day. But after reaching on the hotel, they denied the bookings after showing the booking id, then they asked for another rs. 1000 per day along without any formal bills.

Hotel was good, receiving are good, room service are also good overall i am enjoyed alot this room. Iam comfortable stay here. Iam aging stay here soon. Thank you make my trip app

Rooms have very bad smell, bed cloths are not clean, mosquitoes are there in room, water not flow in washroom very dirty. Completely unhygienic.

I had a worst experience in hotel sunshine inn. I booked 2 rooms for 6 adults but check in was denied stating that i have booked room for 2 people

In that room, i faced a terrible situations like, there is no lock available at all, bathroom is too worst, even bed sheets are smelling with heavy sweat and untidy, aslo they charged me extra money other than the amount shown in make my trip application

The rooms are not cleaned and they have charged extra amount after the payment ie done

Room's bed was broken, bathroom wasn't clean. Ac wasn't working. Window was broken. Checkin process wasn't smooth. There are unlimited reasons not to book this hotel.

Last time my saty is very terrible experience hotel people not given a proper room room is really worst and also they charged extra money for giving room they charged me extra 300 rupees which feels very bad
