Review Of SPOT ON Pawan Villa

No such place exist there kindly refund my payment

Dear sir/madam, yesterday on 14 may 2023 i have booked room for one night at hotel spot on pawan villa, palghar by make my trip. When i have reached there no staff was there. I have tried to call on phone number given by you but i didnt get any response from you. Then one person there which was lab-our supervisor of some renovation work which is going on there told me that spot on pawan villa is under maintanance and if you want to stay here give me 500 rs. I will arrange another room in different villa. I have paid full payment in advanced by google pay. But i dont even saw hotel as well as room too. I am requesting you to repay my payment and take necessary action against hotel. It was such a terrific experience i ever had. Very much disappointed by this type of things with the professional companies like you. I am attaching booking details with this email. Please do needful. Regards, abhishek kulkarni
