When we entered they didn’t greet us in a Gud way they made us wait for atleast 10 mins and they didn’t even have Ac room and we wanted an Ac room

Very bad, not worthy of staying there

The hotel made us wait for 30 long minutes after what was for us a long day to get us our room due to some technical issues at their end. At the end of this long wait I must point to you the status of our rooms. no toiletries or towels in the bathroom. The room was dusty the bed wasn't cleaned after the last guest's stay. There were unsmoked bidis lying around. It was one of my worst hotel experiences which I was forced to bear as I didn't have the time to change my hotel.

Location is easy to spot good and neat area

horrible experience at the hotel 1. there was no towel provided despite of complaint 2. when I complained to Oyo customer support, the hotel staff threatened why i complained and refused to provide towel 3. there was no soap provided 4. my adhaar card was taken for id proof and never returned 5. when I complained to MMTP care, they asked me to make duplicate adhaar card 6. no cove protocol followed, no one including hotel staff was wearing mask 7. everything mentioned in the inclusion and in the amenities are fake and false

Please don't consider this hotel, if you have 1000 rs budget. No power backup, no tv, no ac, no wi-fi. Only hot water in summer, no lights. Only book if you have budget of less than rs 350.

After checking in the hotel they give us room but fan were not working of and room was really hot as it was on second floor. After demanding to change our room they told there no other rooms are there. So we checked out hotel within 15 mins and no refund was given to us from hotel side.

Hotel is good, location is in remote location. Staff and honour is good, always ready to help. But this time we feel cheated by mmt. When we book our stay, mm t assured us breakfast included in booking amount. In the morning when we requested for breakfast hotel staff simply denied that they don't have restaurant and they never provides bfast. They advised us to contact mm t for clarification. Tried to contact mm t but in vain. As we were in hurry so we was not have time to argue for bfast. Mmt please am-mend your advertisement or ask hotelier to do the same thanks

Staff is not wearing mask or anything else for safety, they told me that spot on room service is not available and there is no lift or elevator in hotel you have to move on stairs even on 4th floor
