Hotel regretted to give AC room. Somehow they given AC room of request and offering extra money. Room's condition was literally very poor. bed linens were used and dirty. Washroom was worst 👎

My worst stay ever. Period.

My problems started right after I booked this propery. I couldn't reach the property on any of the given numbers. I had to check-in late at around 11-11.30 pm. they assured me that someone will be there to check us in. I was travelling with my wife and a friend and his wife. Once I reached the property, my horror started. The gate of the property was closed from inside. I had to bang on the main door for almost 30 mins to get someone to open it. And I find a drunk man who is also smoking open the main gate. Smelling alcohol all over. Remember, I am with 2 women apart from a friend. He asks for extra money to just check in and says I don't care about your booking argue with him for a long time and finally ask him to show room on the condition that I'll pay. He shows me the rooms which are pathetic. The AC is missing from where it was installed and it was covered in my booking. Toilet is such that I cannot even use it and bedsheets have cigerette holes and stains all over. Walls are covered with dampness. Room is smelling of smoke. I argue for a long time but to no avail. They tell me that they cannot issue me a refund

businessFilthy toilets, dusty rooms and lobbies, stained bedsheets, no bulbs in washroom, arrogant staff, nobody should stay there even if they pay you, forget about you paying them. Even a re. 200 room would be much cleaner than this.

familyFood was worst in taste & quality. We had to leave our dinner. No cleanliness at all. Floors, walls all were dirty.
Even room lock was not functional we could not go out for food, hotel food quality was bad

Door locks were not good, very bad bedsheets, toilet and blankit, worst experince! i dint recommend anyone to go to this hotel !

Book this hotel if it is the only last choice! Nothing was worth mentioning. I booked this thinking it was closest to my destination visit in the industrial area of rude pure but I regret that now. Location, locality, room amenities, room condition, staff, nothing was good. I don't want to give more bad name but I will advise book only if it is the last choice left for you.
