Room service is too bad. No towels and water bottles provided in hotel food and breakfast quality is too bad

Basic necessities like power back up were missing

The view from the property is mind blowing, especially when it's snowing. As it's on the edge of the valley the view is literally clean and so peaceful

Not price worthy. Charging 3000 for a room with broken ceiling and nothing but an empty room. Breakfast includes tea and bread, thats all. Located in a remote location. Whereas cheap and better hotels were on the way.

The hotel is in auli. Usually people stay in joshimath and then use the ropeway to reach auli to spend the day. This hotel is midway. It is not suitable to stay when you have kids along. You cannot reach there if you haven't hired a cab. You also have to leave the car and walk a few meters with the luggage and the kids. The staff helps you to carry the big bags but walking with kids in the snow is not feasible. The food was okay. The only thing we liked was that the service was quick. The heaters provided in the room were broken and moreover they did not help. We had booked the room for three days but left in a day. Though we did not get any refund for leaving the room early we were also charged for our drop from the auli to joshimath where our cab was waiting for us. The staff only helped us to carry the luggage to the place where the jeep was waiting. This was the only option we had. Please consider all of the above when you decide on booking this hotel.
