The location and views was excellent and staff was very helpful. Rooms were good but a bit small and hot water is scarce

It was not that hotel room which we booked they didn't clean the ice entry room. It was a terrible entry. New year celebration was not organised by the hotel team.

Rate is too high, service is not that level

Yes, hotel mountain rover was awesome all staff were very well behaved and rooms ambience was fabulous, hygienic and tidy specially aatish pandey was a very good and well behaved person.

One of the best places to stay in auli. The view from the hotel is mesmerizing and breathtaking indeed. The rooms are clean and comfortable.

A very luxurious stay. The staff were very helpful. Food quality was also very good. There was a heating pad on the bed and also a heater available. Overall it was a wonderful experience.

The property location is good but the room size is very small. The food is overpriced also the room tariff is overpriced. The cost of the room tariff is like a 5 star hotel but the room size and amenities are not up to the mark.

The only good thing about this place is view. Casa Himalaya and mountain rover is a different property but the owner is the same, so is their menu. The food is pathetic and it’s overpriced. We have ordered, parathas, hot garlic chicken and schezwan fried rice. We had to return hot garlic chicken because it had an unpleasant smell (probably the chicken was stale) and replaced it with dal and rice. The schezwan fried rice tasted like veg pulav. However, the staffs were very humble and polite, and they did what i have asked for. Book this place for view but you may have to compromise on the food. The chef is not good at all. The only thing i liked is butter toast, tea and coffee and boiled eggs, lol.

Hotel view is awesome. Staff is good. Price is too high. Rooms are very small. Bathroom was smelling bed as no ventilation in bathroom. No hot water most of the time. Its on hill so need to climb stairs cant take elders. No amenities in room, didn’t even get hair dryer on these much price. They have another hotel besides to this one they were concentrating on it and not this one.

Hotel loacation is superb and staff is very courteous. Food is superb and heating bed was very good. Cons: most of the staff is dedicated to casa auli whereas mountain rover is been allocated with no staff but abhishek took care for all of this by sharing his number and was available within minutes of the call.

1) The hospitality was very nice. The manager Mr. Vikas, comes all the way to receive the guests, with smiling face. 2) The view from the room, is simply breathtaking. The rooms have french windows and the view from the bed itself, is wow! No need to go to balcony, also. Just sitting on the bed, you can enjoy the snow capped mountains. 3) The food was above excellence. Oh my god, the quantity of the food was huge, they serve in a big case role, so that it remains hot, in chilled weather. 4) What is required in cold climate or rather freezing cold is warm and cozy rooms and here it is- The room heater provided was so effective that at night, we had to switch off the heater, for a while. An effective room heater, is a must, in such places like Auli. 5) The owner Ajay Bhatt, is a very kind hearted nice gentleman. Overall, 10/10 for everything.

It was very nice, the staff was very helpful and smiling, serving us meals in the bedroom too! Only room was wee bit small for 3 of us with all our luggage!

We stayed for two nights. The hotel food is awesome. The room was warm, but they had some problem with the water pipe line. They manually kept bringing hot water. Its also expensive because of the location amidst the snow.

There is a little trek to the hotel but it felt so adventurous in the snow on route. The location is perfect, the views are spellbinding. The restaurant has little options, but the food were delicious. The room has all the amenities for cold like heater, etc and the stay was comfortable. We would definitely recommend it to our friends and family. Thanks a lot.

I stayed in month of jan with my family, the water in tap was frozen, but hotel staff will provide you with warm water in bucket, which should be considered a luxury, bed has blanket warmers, and good heaters in room, view from the room is to die for.

Location was awesome, reaching the location in snow was challenging

The location of this hotel is super, you have complete view of Himalaya from your room itself, different shades depending upon sunrise, afternoon, sunset, night are beautiful to watch from room itself. Rooms good in size, good heater service, clean as well. Staff is friendly and co-operative too.
