it was really an amazing experience with the hotel. all the staff members were really good ' provide all the requested Services on time. well cleaned and awesome behavior by all the members. I would definitely recommand if some one is looking for any good stay near the foothills of nandi.

Good stay with dwindling view as some more buildings are getting constructed which has started to hamper the view. Hotel is clean and well maintained. Bathroom is clean, but there was no hot water in the evening or morning. I was too tired to complain. Balcony in my room was huge which was a plus. Room is not soundproof so road noises seep in. The highway is just beside the hotel. There is no menu system, you have to scan and order food via an app. They charge 2.5% extra on online payment, so better to pay at reception while check out. Food is average but pretty expensive for what you get. Overall an average stay but not VFM. They can improve by providing 24/7 hot water, menu and better food, intercom facility to order food and soundproof rooms.

It was really a great experience with family. The food was really delicious like Delhi. Games for children too were good. Rooms were also amazing!

The hotel location is nice.However there is a good scope for improving the room service and food taste.There was no kettle in the room and there were a few follow ups required to get it.Also all the items were decent taste wise but a bit saltier overall.Also there were no crew to carry baggage till room-I did check in at night but still even no one offered to carry the luggage which was surprising.

It was good but breakfast can be improved ,overall the stay was very good n the staff were courteous

Stay was pleasant with excellent service and hospitality with SMILE at all level of interaction. Food was tasty, keeping them hot at service point may enhance experience. Room service and Housekeeping needs attention to minor issues but important.

Had nice stay in hotel. Kids have enjoyed. Hotel maintenance is good. We experienced smoking smell in common areas. Food was good. Staff is co operative.

Food and location was good. But there were multiple insects and the deluxe room is very small

Location was excellent especially for people wanting to go to Nandi hills. The view from the pool and restaurant was also great. Cleanliness and service were good. Food delivered to room for dinner was decent. The complimentary breakfast was good.

The stay was very comfortable. The property was beautiful with good view and good location. Food was ok and other facilities were also good. The property is recommended for a nice weekend getaway.

The stay is very nice given the number of days you would stay in this area. Rooms are sufficient for stay of 2 people and at affordable rates. And they come with complementary breakfast which is very good. one can enjoy a nice view from the stay especially during the mornings. Try to get a pool side view which will give the mountain side view which appears very nice during morning times.

The bathroom has cob webs, insects on the roof. The electricity went out at night and it broke my sleep at 4:30am, after which I wasn't able to sleep. I had to call to get this checked. In the same morning it was disappointing to find out that the body wash container is empty. This is jot expected from a hotel charging above of 10k per night. Also, fans have a single remote control to regulate speed. On the upside - The clubhouse room was spacious with 3 beds, great interiors and 4 balconies. One side of balconies overlooks Nandi foothills. Our stay was overall pleasant and nicely located

Very nice property. we came for second time for 1 day trip. Great staff, great food, and very very clean property. The views are amazing as well, both garden view and pool view rooms are great

While the location of the hotel is quite good, there is a seating next to the swimming pool while the majestic Nandi Hills is in front of you but there were certain issues we faced during our stay Cons 1. Restaurant is Severely understaffed thereby leading to delays and relatively poorer service 2. ⁠While the cost of the Room is steep, the pillows and bed covers had stains, electric kettle was cockroach infested, bathroom was unclean 3. ⁠Our aisle got flooded due to their overflowing of overhead tank 4. ⁠When the water in the water dispenser got over they told they don’t have any more water jars to refill it - result of the severe understaffing

Room size and bed is very small according to to price. Breakfast is very bad. Very few options are there. And only 3 dinner tables r there . We have to stand for 1 hr to get a table for breakfast. Breakfast is just terrible and room service is very poor. Location is the only top class one and nothing else.

I really like the stay experience. The staff was really cooperative and polite and the location of the property is also very good. Well maintained rooms, clean and tidy.

nice location helpful staff views are very nice. nicely maintenance facility foods are also very tasty and nice cleanliness maintain very well kids are also happy for the swimming pool and gaming stuffs provided by the facility
