The person advised us to check in in another hotel named krishna inn near station saying this hotel also belongs to him only. So cannot know about hotel krishna at rambaug. But can write about krishna inn. This hotel is very very small, b early able to move, change cloths. The lift inconvenient, its starts after 9 staires and you need to climb 2 high-ted steps to get in the lift. Lift music and annousement so loud, disturbing off hours. Not that good.

Hotel is very costly and everything is like an old room, the facilities are the worst. Remove it's tag as a hotel and nominate it as a lodge. Terrible experience.

Room is too clean, great location means infront of gate no 2 railway station of prayagraj junction, hotel is also on road, suggest we should be stay in this hotel

Very very bad behavior, service and hospitality i made booking for my parents for 3 days in that hotel as found decent in mmt. 1st day booking i booked extra for adult paying extra money to get same room size room and bed for 2 person. 2ndly behavior of hotel staff is extreme rude except few. 3rdly i included breakfast in hotel for my parents and brother they provided in room when they asked to severe in restaurant (which is combined with stay) staff took the meal and when they served the meal they asked for the extra charges when my parents told it is already added they told they are divided between 2 brothers and they will charge asked my parents and brother to leave the table (it was so humiliating. So they(parents) also got angered and told that i will complain this in mmt customer care. They started shouting ok we will cancel it. N moment get heat-en up and complaint mmt that my parents misbehaved and want to cancel. This is the way hospitality done. I was not present at that time and my parents didn't tell me anything until l i got call from mmt customer care. When i got know every i got angry and it cancelled. I will take this matters to higher authority

Full of mosquitoes and power problems. Air conditioner is not at all suitable for the family room. Air conditioner is of low capacity.
