The room given to us was not clean. The blanket was smelling. Linen was dirty. The service was not good. Food is expensive And quality is also bad. Complimentary breakfast to one hour. The bathroom was not clean. Water in the bathroom remained clogged all the time. The lift was not working properly. The location is fine. Staff behavior was ok.

Costly compare to offline booking and the staff was not so helpful.

Hotels location is very ease. Stay was so good. Cleanness is average but staff's behavior And service is excellent. Happy to stay here.

This hotel, while in a decent location, could really use some help. I was not very comfortable here. My windowless room was pretty smelly, with old sheets given, and I was kept awake at times because a large hole in the wall was covered with plyboard and a family of noisy rats has made a home inside. You could hear them moving and noisily squeaking in the walls all the time. No WiFi internet was available either. There is a lift available however which is a positive. The real value of this room should be 300 rupees or less. If in Bikaner again I will not choose to stay here.
