Very poor ventilation in hotel

hotel staff behavior is worst .They even not bother about their regular customer and also want to remove their name

The room terrif is horrible as room condition. Without make my trip booking you can save 300-400 save direct booking. But my suggestion is many better option available in bikaner. No t v recharge a c condition very old no feeling of hotel as per terrif.

Good quality food, quick service and maintenance.

I have not seen a worse hotel, dhramshalas are in better condition. Stinking rooms, stinking bed and blankets, cold rooms, even the mugs in the bathroom were leaking. Bad location

Hotel is good with cooperative staff and easy to find location.

Tea was bad, didn't eat food, hot water for shower is problem, location is not great, away from main city, no good restaurants around. I would not stay here again.

The services offered were pathetic which overshadowed anything good about this hotel. No power back up, no cleaning, no changing of bed sheets, no toiletries (buy your own), no hot running water in winter, balcony full of pigeon, broken windows to enjoy the chilly winter season and the cherry on the cake is shouting at customer by receptionist, telling that we should check the amenities before booking the hotel. Such amenities are the minimum required in any hotel. It's amazing that such hotels are doing business.
