I had a fantastic stay! The room was good, the staff were incredibly friendly, and the services were top-notch.The hotel is near to all the places to visit. They even drop us to the railway station after we checkout from the hotel which is very overwhelming. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.Thank u so much for ur wonderful service.

location not right . I was going Ayodhya but this property is a fraud. I didn't stay here . and not refund my money

I came to Ayodhya to visit Shri Ram Mandir. This was the first time and we liked this hotel very much and its location is also very good.The rooms of this hotel are very good, clean and the staff here is also very good and it is at a distance of two and a half kilometers from Ram Mandir. The parking facility is very good.

This is really an other hotel then described in the previous reviews. It’s relatively new, clean, has a parking lot underground. It’s a good choice for heading for the airport. I had an extremely disappointing experience with Shri Ram Lalla Hotel, Ayodhya. I had made a confirmed booking with them, but when I arrived, they shifted us to a completely different hotel without even informing or asking for our permission. This is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. We had chosen this hotel for specific reasons—location, amenities, trustand they took that decision away from us without any explanation or courtesy. On top of that, the staff was extremely rude and unapologetic when we asked for clarification. There was no accountability, no hospitality, and no respect for guests. I strongly advise others to stay away from this place. There are better hotels in Ayodhya that will treat you with the basic dignity and service you deserve. This hotel clearly doesn’t care about its customers or their experience. Avoid this place at all costs.

Very polite and courteous staff. The receptionist was very happy and helped with the luggage as we had a lot of luggage. The rooms were nice and clean. The lobby was also clean. It was nice and cozy to stay with beautiful cozy lighting The restaurant food is amazing and delicious Must try once. Overall 5 stars from me.

They didn't provide Hot water and AC's water was directly leaking into washroom so it's annoying.. Room was not ready.. Blanket were not provided.. Theres Noo cleanliness.. Mineral water not provided
