Hotels vied condition. Hotel renovation work and room not vantilation very bed service. And room price very high near by no market and hotels staff ok but hotels location not good. Very bed condition

Our stay at been a residency, varanasi was quite good and relaxing. Its a place in serene and peaceful environment of over crouded varanasi. Room was large enough to accommodate our family of four adults. Reception staff is professional and meets you with smile. Although we could'nt enjoy food there, because we wanted to eat bf, lunch and dinner in the famous eateries of the city, but going by the five star standard maintained by this hotel it must be worth tasting. Our overall reaction is superb.

Semi basement rooms, poor cross ventilation, side street entrance. Single floor. Should not be called a hotel. It is dharamsala style. Rooms are arranged on two sides of a hall, third is wall, fourth side is street. Reception area is a corner table in the same hall.

Stay was brief. The hotel staff were very helpful and attended to our needs.

Location is not accessible. Services are good. Reception people are so cooperative. But there is no complementary break fast. They are giving free masala tea.

It's service is good with staffs and cleanliness

Had to rebook from another hotel of oyo to this one and was pleasantly surprised to find clean rooms and good service.

Good atmosphere. Located on the outer road. No busy. Car photos sound of town and automobile pollution. Best treatment at the reception and all over from the staff. Any how I like so much the stay at here.

Staff is good. Hotel is new and everything is fine, you may stay.

Good service and very helpful staff.

My comments are the following: Rooms are bereft of ventilation. No heating arrangements even under conditions where minimum temp 5 degree Celsius. People are friendly and helpful. The price of a room per day is too high, not a worth of money.
