Staff was extremely helpful and attentive, the Haveli is beautiful and has been restored with respect to the tradition. Located in the old city, it is very close to major sites. Would come back.

We reached Udaipur bus stop early morning 5:40. And we decided to take an auto to the hotel. But the auto driver started scaring us by saying that we are only girls we cannot stay in such an area. But still once we wanted to check the hotel by ourselves so we decided to go and took an another auto, but the auto driver again tricked us and took us in a wrong route. After seeing that we changed our mind and checked in to some hotel. But in the evening when we were on the way to Bada bazar we saw the hotel. It was really neat and clean but only thing is it is situated in residential area. Then we understood the deal between hotels and auto drivers. Hence we feel bad for not staying there. So I suggest people if you have booking there just go by yourself and check once before making any decision. Don't ever listen to auto drivers or anybody.

Neat and clean, friendly and helping staff, room services is good. Like to visit again in Udaipur and like to stay again in Shree Jagdish Mahal heritage hotel.

The stay was good. Service- 9/10. Food-7.5/10, taste was good, but costlier. Room- contemporary look, a good experience, basic necessities. was good - 8/10.

This heritage hotel in the streets of Udaipur gives a pure taste of Rajasthani culture. Every corner of this hotel gives a royal feeling, awesome breakfast.

It makes you feel like the King of the palace ... And you can relax and take a look at the surroundings

I stayed at Shri Jagdish Hal Hotel for 3 nights and 4 days and the overall experience was good. Service is good and the location is very close to some of the viewpoints like City Palace, Jagdish temple, Bagore ki Haveli, Pichola lake. Standard room size is bit small than the expected one. Manager's and staff behaviour was really very good and supportive . I would rate 3. 5 out of 5.

Rooms were neat and clean. Location is 2 mint from city palace by foot. This was an awesome stay because we felt like we stayed in palace. Staff was friendly too. And do visit the terrace of this palace its awesome

It was a very good experience staying at this hotel. You can actually feel like royal staying at this heritage hotel. Excellent royal ambience. Food is freshly cooked and served. Spacious room and bathroom. Welcoming and helpful staff.

One of the dirtiest hotel where there is route for car to reach there. Since it was non refundable booking hotlier was saying if you want you stay as my money has come. I never understood whether there was any visit from Make My Trip. I have been using Make My Trip from last couple of years but this hotel I can claim as the worst in India

Nice stay. Nice food. Excellent service. Only problem is as it is in Bazar area no parking space during day time. Otherwise everything is really very good. We enjoyed our stay very much. Good hospitality

Its is good but have to do more for address connectivity. Breakfast is good and amenities are to be provided more in bathrooms and toiletries. Can do much and more better in the same place and had a pleasant time

Good hotel though location is not that good if you are coming by your own vehicle but service is excellent ... Helpful staff as they cooperated to assist us in every possible way ... Breakfast was okay not that good not that bad. Over all good stay :)

Hotel location is very internal in city. No parking facilities for car. I have to park my car about 1km from hotel. Also room size should be not as per required. A also food is costly. Staff is very helpful.

It was the worst experience I had ever in a hotel. It's at a location where you can't take a cab or your own vehicle. You need you get down and walk along with your luggage. No food after 9 pm. No room facilities. Hot water in winters was given via a bucket. Rest you all can imagine the condition. Please don't assume it as a palace. It is just a small building renovated as a palace.. Suggestions don't go for it.

Excellent Location, Walking distance from City Palace and Royal Temple. Homely atmosphere. King size room, king size wash room with matching old furnitures. Road was congested can't move cares at noon. It was like a palace. We all family members enjoyed stay at this hotel.

Generally good average service but poor breakfast choice. Nice room. Clean. Good hot water for shower. Got a great online deal so can't complain as certainly value for money even accounting for going out for breakfast. Interesting part of Udaipur, although I prefer Gangaur Catcall Ghat area.

Room was not good. Food was average. Facilities were not up to the mark. Although the location was right but we paid too much for this place. Didn't find any value for money. It was not even cleaned well.
