Review Of Hotel Hanja Palace

Hotel have many big size rooms. But we are allotted too small. Room was too small that we can not move around after putting language. There was not space for extra matress. Further toilet flush was not working properly. After one flush, We have to wait for 30 minutes for next flush. It was taking too much time. Good thing is we have got hot water in bathroom

I am very pleased with the hospitality over there and great welcoming people they are so I am very Happy to stay over there just need to do bit improvement in housekeeping part.

No room service, no tissue, or soap provided in the washroom. Ac was not working at all, room was very small

Room was good and cozy, Bedsheets and pillow covers were dirty. Washroom was in bad condition.

Facing bathrooms problem not solved receptionist not properly discuss related to problem. Not provide other rooms. 1 days i leave the hotel and change the new hotel. Very bad service
